I was surprised with the Sales staff. No pressure, knowledgeable and willing to make a good deal that worked for both parties. I did my research and was going to purchase my Colorado from another dealer, but stopped in to see what Southworth had, and knew within a few minutes that I would rather work with Ryan than the dealer and sales person I had been talking with. I’m 68 and have purchased more than one vehicle in the past, and this was the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had.
Also talked with my local mechanic this morning and he liked my purchased, and supported my decision to buy from Southworth.

I had to have a side mirror replaced because my wife got close to a construction barrel. Technicians gave me an estimate and the final costr was very close to what was estimated. Shop was sceduled for one hour and everything went well. Mirror was satisfactorily replaced and no further problems.
