About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Warranty Management:Â Submit and track claims to ensure the shop is paid accurately and timely.
- Service Coordination: Answer incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments to keep the shop workflow steady.
- Cashiering:Â Handle customer checkouts, process payments, and explain completed repair orders clearly.
- Administrative Support:Â Open and close repair orders with a high level of accuracy and organization.
Required Skills:
- Strong Computer Skills: Must be highly proficient in navigating web-based portals and internal dealership software.
- Phone Etiquette:Â A professional and friendly voice to handle high-volume calls and customer inquiries.
- Multitasking:Â The ability to switch between processing paperwork and helping a customer at the counter without missing a beat.
- Detail-Oriented:Â An eagle eye for documentation to ensure all claims meet manufacturer guidelines and minimize rejections.
