Key Responsibilities:

  • Warranty Management: Submit and track claims to ensure the shop is paid accurately and timely.
  • Service Coordination: Answer incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments to keep the shop workflow steady.
  • Cashiering: Handle customer checkouts, process payments, and explain completed repair orders clearly.
  • Administrative Support: Open and close repair orders with a high level of accuracy and organization.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Computer Skills: Must be highly proficient in navigating web-based portals and internal dealership software.
  • Phone Etiquette: A professional and friendly voice to handle high-volume calls and customer inquiries.
  • Multitasking: The ability to switch between processing paperwork and helping a customer at the counter without missing a beat.
  • Detail-Oriented: An eagle eye for documentation to ensure all claims meet manufacturer guidelines and minimize rejections.
